Three days a month, working with your tech team or alongside your existing CTO. Architecture decisions on AI tooling, build-vs-buy calls, vendor evaluation, security and governance review, technical hiring input.

Both roles include direct access between sessions and are structured as a rolling three-month commitment with a one-month notice period after that.

Are these AI employees? Are you replacing my staff?
No. "AI worker" is shorthand for a discreet workflow that handles one specific task — usually a task your team doesn't enjoy or doesn't have time for. None of our clients have made anyone redundant after hiring an AI worker. Most have used the time saved to take on work they couldn't before.
Where does the data sit? Is this UK GDPR compliant?
Yes, by design. We host workflows in UK data centres by default (or EU if a specific tool requires it). Every worker comes with a Data Protection Impact Assessment, a clear processing record, and named SimpleAI accountability. See our Compliance & Governance page for the full framework →
What if it breaks?
We monitor every worker. If something goes wrong, we know before you do, and we fix it as part of your monthly fee. No extra invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes — after the first 90 days, on a month's notice. The first 90 days protect the build cost, which we don't charge upfront.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The workflow, the prompts, the configuration — all yours. We keep no exclusivity. If you ever want to take it in-house, we'll hand it over with documentation.
What if I want a worker that isn't on the list?
